Technology & Business Systems Administrator

Join On Point Holdings as the Technology & Business Systems Administrator and take ownership of the business systems that power our growing organization. In this role, you'll optimize technology platforms, streamline workflows, lead automation and AI initiatives, and ensure employees have the tools they need to succeed.

Working cross-functionally with HR, Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership, you'll manage core business applications, software integrations, reporting dashboards, and employee technology resources while driving continuous process improvement. This is an ideal opportunity for a technology professional who enjoys solving business challenges, improving operational efficiency, and helping organizations scale through smarter systems.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience administering business systems, CRM platforms, or enterprise applications
  • Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Rippling, QuickBooks, or similar business systems
  • Knowledge of workflow automation, system integrations, and business process improvement
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

This hybrid position is based in Southeast Wisconsin with regular onsite collaboration at our Waukesha office and is expected to transition to a full-time onsite role as the company continues to grow.

What you'll do

  • Run live equipment demos and validate customer applications
  • Develop and optimize laser cutting parameters across materials
  • Support FAT/SAT, ROI analyses, and sales cycle technical needs
  • Train customers and create internal process documentation

  • 3–6+ years with fiber laser cutting systems
  • Hands-on fabrication process knowledge (cutting, bending, welding basics)
  • Experience with nesting/CAM software and OEM platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting skills; comfortable with 40–60% travel

What you bring

  • 3–5 years in field service, robotics, or industrial automation
  • Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems

  • No degree required with demonstrated hands-on experience
