Join On Point Holdings as the Technology & Business Systems Administrator and take ownership of the business systems that power our growing organization. In this role, you'll optimize technology platforms, streamline workflows, lead automation and AI initiatives, and ensure employees have the tools they need to succeed.

Working cross-functionally with HR, Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership, you'll manage core business applications, software integrations, reporting dashboards, and employee technology resources while driving continuous process improvement. What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience administering business systems, CRM platforms, or enterprise applications
• Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Rippling, QuickBooks, or similar business systems

This hybrid position is based in Southeast Wisconsin with regular onsite collaboration at our Waukesha office and is expected to transition to a full-time onsite role as the company continues to grow.

What you'll do

• Run live equipment demos and validate customer applications
• Develop and optimize laser cutting parameters across materials
• Support FAT/SAT, ROI analyses, and sales cycle technical needs
• Train customers and create internal process documentation

What you bring

• 3–6+ years with fiber laser cutting systems
• Hands-on fabrication process knowledge (cutting, bending, welding basics)
• Experience with nesting/CAM software and OEM platforms
• Strong troubleshooting skills; comfortable with 40–60% travel

What you'll do

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot robotic welding cells (primarily Cloos)
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, servo, and safety system failures
• Program robots via teach pendant; tune weld parameters
• Train customer operators and document all service activity

What you bring

• 3–5 years in field service, robotics, or industrial automation
• Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems
• GMAW/MIG knowledge and PLC experience (Allen-Bradley preferred)
• Willing to travel 100%; live near a major airport

What you'll do

• Grow a West Coast territory selling fiber laser and fabrication systems
• Manage dealer/distributor relationships and direct customer accounts
• Conduct demos, trade shows, and customer visits across the region
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

What you bring

• 5+ years in industrial capital equipment or machine tool sales
• Experience with fiber laser, CNC, automation, or fabrication systems
• Dealer/distributor network experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable with 75–100% travel

‍What you'll do

• Install, start up, and repair CNC machines, lasers, and automation systems
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and PLC/control issues on-site
• Work with servo systems, I/O, and industrial networking
• Train customer operators; document and communicate findings clearly
• Senior level: handle complex escalations and mentor junior engineers

What you bring

• 3–5 yrs (Level II) or 8+ yrs (Level III) field service experience
• Strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting; CNC and PLC background
• Laser, welding, or robotics experience is a plus
• No degree required with demonstrated hands-on experience
