It brings together two of the most trusted Bystronic distribution companies in the United States and marks a significant step toward building one of the largest and most capable fabrication equipment dealers in the country.

With this acquisition, On Point Solutions expands its exclusive Bystronic sales territory to now include Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota, adding to its existing reach across Wisconsin, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Kentucky, and the Florida Panhandle.
To better support this expanded footprint, On Point Solutions will have two regional divisions:

As part of the acquisition, Jeff Braun, founder of Braun Fabrication Solutions, will join the On Point leadership team as Vice President of On Point North. Jeff brings decades of experience, industry credibility, and a strong reputation for customer care and performance. His leadership will play a critical role in growing the northern region and strengthening On Point’s presence in new markets.
