This Board will help guide strategy, support accountability, and ensure we stay aligned with our mission:

Meet the Board

Our Board is made up of leaders who bring a balance of real-world experience, strategic thinking, and a shared commitment to who we are and what we stand for.

Brad Peterson – Founder & Chairman

As Founder and Chairman, Brad continues to lead with vision and purpose. He remains focused on culture, values, and ensuring On Point stays true to the legacy we’re building.

Bob St. Aubin – Board Member & Senior Advisor

Bob brings decades of commercial leadership, sales strategy, and market expertise. His outside perspective helps sharpen our view of growth opportunities across our companies.

John Paul Surdo – Board Member

John Paul contributes deep experience in finance, operations, and private equity. His guidance helps us evaluate investments and scale intentionally and sustainably.

Jordan Peterson – Co-Owner & Managing Partner

Jordan leads business development, operations, and team growth. As part of our succession plan, he serves as a 50/50 owner, helping guide On Point into its next chapter.

Joshua Peterson – Co-Owner & Managing Partner

Josh also serves as a 50/50 owner, overseeing operational performance, financial management, and leadership continuity. His experience as an Army Engineer Officer shapes his disciplined approach to process and team-building.
